It’s about impact, not location.We are seeking to hire four Senior Financial Analysts to add to our growing FP&A team: Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A - Lead monthly and quarterly operating expense (OpEx) and capital investment deliverables at the Sonos wide level. Partner with Investor Relations, Accounting and functional FP&A teams to prepare and deliver “executive ready” consolidated reporting and storytelling of Sonos OpEx results including monthly/quarterly actuals and forecast. Senior Financial Analyst, Operating Expense Center of Excellence - Help to establish the operating model for Sonos’ OpEx Center of Excellence. Drive creation of standardized budgeting and forecasting approaches for OpEx across all functions. Partner with Finance Systems and our People Technology teams to create tools that allow for automated and timely reporting. Senior Financial Analyst, Product FP&A - Develop financial models and business cases for new product concepts. Partner with Product Management, Hardware, Software and Go-to-Market teams to develop, stress test and strengthen the business cases for new products to ultimately help shape Sonos’ product roadmap. Senior Financial Analyst, Go-to-Market Finance - Support the sales, marketing and operations teams in achieving Sonos’ strategic and financial goals by building scalable and repeatable models to track performance, evaluate business cases and improve forecast accuracy. In addition, each role will contribute to:Preparation of an annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting for Revenue, Gross Margin, OpEx and CapExProviding data and supporting documentation to the accounting team to assure completeness and accuracy of our monthly and quarterly financial results.Owning month/quarter end reporting in their respective areas that gives insight to variances across the teams they support and that articulates the impact to the current quarters’ forecastWhat You’ll Need:Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria. General knowledge of US GAAP accounting principlesPreferred QualificationsCritical Thinking & Analysis - Ability to look at situations and data from multiple perspectives, synthesize and evaluate what is useful for forecasting. Problem Solving - Ability to identify and frame problems logically, clearly and apply reasoning to break problems down and identify a solution or path forward. This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as an opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all full time employees are eligible for stock grants. The minimum base pay may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions.
