This role will participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of departmental procedures, workflows, and tools as they relate to our contract management process which is crucial to the strategic management of our operational expenses. What You’ll Do:Work cross functionally with Indirect Procurement and Legal teams to review existing contracts and upload and maintain content within our contract management platformUnderstand the contract review process, forward contracts to Legal and work with the team to see contract through completionDevelop business relationships with the team and key stakeholders to ensure process compliance in all transactionsGenerate and monitor the Contract Renewal Calendar in order to provide proactive communication related to renewals, terminations, and/or extensionsMaintain key reports and other department reports as neededSupport the Indirect Procurement team in managing program related activities (cell phone program, vendor set up, expense reports, supplier diversity)Perform other duties as required to accomplish departmental and corporate goals & objectivesWhat You’ll Need:Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria. If you don’t have 100% of the skills listed, we strongly encourage you to apply if interested.Basic QualificationsDegree in Supply Chain, related Legal or Finance discipline or equivalent experience3-5 Years of experience in Procurement, Legal, or contract managementProven track record in managing and supporting cross functional teams through reporting and process improvementsExceptional attention to detail and strong time management skillsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of and exposure to multiple contract types and understanding of key contract termsAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationAble to work in an agile environment and prioritize changing needs of the teamComfortable offering suggestions for process improvementsExtensive knowledge of Microsoft O365 and/or GSuitePrior experience with SAP and Salesforce a plus#LI-RemoteWe consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may cause compensation to vary depending on your skills, experience and qualifications. This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as an opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all full time employees are eligible for stock grants. The minimum base pay may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting minimum base pay for this role is: $67,000We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including open time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits subject to eligibility requirements.
