nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. As a nCino University Trainer, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on facilitating user training by working with the Professional Services teams to deliver how the nCino product can best meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities Self-deliver and self-facilitate user training  Demo and train customers, partners and administrators on the use of the nCino software as part of the implementation process Assist in content creation/preparation of training materials Technical Support and Customer Service for inquiries to nCino University Online Write customer facing nCino Knowledge articles from issues that have arisen and the solutions identified during the implementation process Facilitate technology training, onsite and remotely, using your understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and interpreting that information to our customers in relation to their Bank or Credit Union’s business process  Mentor junior level training staff Independently strategize training delivery methodologies with revenue generation goals  Deliver technical training to customers (drawing on technical and/or CRM product knowledge for basic configurations of the Salesforce.com platform)Become Salesforce.com certified with one certification within your first six months of employmentAbility to serve as credible and effective advisor/coach, especially around change management (cultural, technical and business)Qualifications  Required Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years experience or an equivalent combination or exceptional performance Engaging public speaking/presentation skills Preferred Instructional delivery experience Banking/Lending experience Salesforce.com platform experience Detail oriented with good organization skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies Willingness to learn and dig deeper into current practices and suggest improvement when needed Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment Ability to work on group projects as well as independent thinking and proactive initiatives  Travel Requirements This position requires up to 50% travel  If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
