As an Associate ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the management of nCino’s ERP system (NetSuite) including system monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration and change management, security management, capacity planning, and communicate routine update of services. As an Associate Administrator, you will be responsible for independently executing project tasks, developing system documentation, and supporting system strategies. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to support business users and develop a greater understanding of our finance and accounting system environments. Job Description Responsibilities Execute individual projects tasks and support complex efforts within assigned ERP system and assist if there is impact to or from related systems Communicate ERP system changes, internal task updates, and ongoing system release updates to the IT leadership team and business users. Provide end-user support; create and maintain training and sustainment documentation for assigned system Anticipate and recognize gaps in critical business functionality and communicate them to better meet business requirements Maintain IT security and compliance standards while ensuring ERP system performance is effective and efficient Work with internal teammates and external stakeholders in identification and resolution planning of complex problems Maintain documentation on system process and changes, keeping information current for system users Work collaboratively with ERP team members and other IT teams to understand system impacts and improve functionality across our network of interconnected systems/applications Increase knowledge of the system through independent research and team based projects Work with CIO to manage user subscription licenses by maintaining and reporting on user analytics Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree, 0-2 years’ experience or combination education and experience, preferably in an ERP system role.
