The Senior Support Release Manager must be passionate about the customer experience, innovation, speed, reputation, cross-team partnerships, vendor management, and delivering programs that enable our customer’s success. This role is customer-facing, cross-functional, and highly visible across the organization. Responsibilities:Configure the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System application as it relates to nCino releases Efficiently troubleshoot release deployment issues with internal tools, Salesforce processes and limitations, and technical constraints Responsible for assuring mass release deployments schedule approvals and on-time deploymentProject manages assigned customer deployment process including planning, scheduling, and driving adoption of the nCino release through different stages and environments:Document all actions during the customer release process to provide written guidance on project management processes, best practices, and methodologies within the teams and for customers' operationsEffectively lead communication with internal and external stakeholders to oversee deployment schedules and to ensure that all parties remain fully informed about the new releases, timelines, functionalities etc. Plan and align with customer change management process for effective use of nCino softwareConduct customer webinars to educate customers on the new releasesParticipate in product release deployment planning and retrospectives events to identify any potential risks to releases and deployments Partner with Product Management on the prioritization of critical features and product fixes, including inclusion in the Known Issues List Development improvements to the nCino release methodology, change management, strategy, and documentation. Educate customers on the process and resources including release notes, deprecation notices, known issues, and metadata changes.
