They do this by ensuring workflow data, articles and other knowledge assets are captured, organized and stored for easy intuitive access across nCino employees, partners and customers. This role helps to build efficiencies by analyzing our processes and making recommendations on improvements. This role also helps oversee the company Knowledge article life cycle process and supports cross-functional knowledge contributors. Responsibilities:Identify knowledge management needs and make relevant recommendations for nCino sites, departments, and teams leveraging data and needs analysis with stakeholdersEnsure content is stored and managed in a structure that is easy to understand and facilitates easy search and retrieval of information.Review and enhance processes for organizing content so it can be discovered, managed and analyzed throughout its life cycle. This includes adding identifying features within the content to allow discovery and retrieval by users, and tracking by managers.Implement and coordinate updates to Knowledge technology and analytics as needed. • Collect and analyze Knowledge adoption (internal) and usage (external) data to identify opportunities to improve.Develop, maintain, and establish working relationships across nCino departments and sites to stay informed of and suggest ways to improve knowledge sharing practices. Identify, coordinate and lead opportunities for Knowledge sharing and communication across sites, departments, and teams.Contribute ideas and actions toward the continuous improvement of nCino’s Knowledge strategy, practices, processes and technologies.Conduct training on Knowledge practices, processes and technology.Support document and article curation to ensure they conform to the appropriate style guide and editorial standards.Collect feedback on Knowledge articles, assess engagement data, and work with subject matter experts to maintain updated and current information.Track and measure against department Knowledge goals.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field of study and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience and/or education in Knowledge ManagementExperience with knowledge bases, repository management, information architecture, or publishing softwareAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environmentStrong strategic and critical thinking skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensusExcellent verbal communication skillsExcellent writing and presentation skillsStrong project management skills Desired:Knowledge Management and/or Salesforce Certification(s) a plusMaster’s degree in relevant field nCino retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position as business operations require. If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
