nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. As an IT Salesforce Administrator Intern, you will support the day-to-day operational activities of the Salesforce helpdesk and solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will assist Admins in building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value. Other responsibilities will include working on initiatives and projects to help grow/improve the organization’s Salesforce environment. A Salesforce Admin best understands how to make the platform work for their companies’ goals and enables users to get the most out of Salesforce Technology.You will develop an understanding of Salesforce organizational relationships, including user validation and user management. You will use your analytical, problem solving, integration and sometimes even coding and scripting skills to design and implement systems and cloud solutions that streamline our business processes. You will develop an understanding of data management - in addition to managing the users in our Salesforce team, you will also need to manage all the data stored on the platform. Most importantly, you will develop an ability to translate ideas into processes. Knowledge of how business processes work is a highly advantageous Salesforce skill for potential Salesforce admins.
