You will oversee the design of product features and perform extensive research and development on new technologies, frameworks and methodologies. Working with architects, product managers and development teams, your experience and contributions will help to guide the technical direction of nCino.ResponsibilitiesArchitectural stewardship of nCino platformInvestigation and evaluation of new technologies and patternsDesign and develop sustainable enterprise software, integrations and system architectures on the Force.com platformProvide technical leadership for the improvement of existing applications in an agile development environmentIntroduce standard methodologies and lead improvements to keep nCino applications current while always achieving better security, performance, and maintainabilityCraft technical artifacts and presentations to communicate architectural design options that help educate development teams and business usersCommunicate and coordinate with leadership to transform business goals into technical objectivesWork closely with Sales and Support teams to resolve high priority issuesQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field6+ years of experience with object oriented analysis and design on modern web application development platformsProven skill in building dynamic applications with development languages such as Apex, Java and C#Expert knowledge of client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout, etc.)Experience building on cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Force.com)Experience working with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KanbanDemonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvementMotivated worker with the ability to be productive in a dynamic team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent problem solving, decision-making, and social skillsDesired:Prior mentoring and team leading experienceExperience working in a similar architectural leadership positionExperience developing managed packages as part of the Salesforce ISV Partner ProgramHighly flexible with excellent collaboration and prioritization skillsReal passion for software development and technologySalesforce Platform Developer II certificationBackground in Financial Services or BankingIf you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement with us.We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
