As VP Business Transformation Office you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of the Corporations Concept of Operations. Bridging organizational gaps and eliminating redundancies. Leading the complete reengineering and optimization of Sierra Space Business practices. Executing and managing a cutting edge Integrated Digital Environment, IDE. An environment that maximizes the use of native digital information, minimizing human interaction to maximize the desired business outcomes. Defining, implementing and managing an all new suite of advanced business metrics across the entire corporation. You will maintain a bench of talented Project Managers that will lead efforts required to work cross functionally to understand complex business needs, translate those business needs into solutions and proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and automation of existing systems and processes.Sierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin and Durham, North Carolina, Kennedy Space Center in Florida designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations.
