As VP Business Transformation Office you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of the Corporations Concept of Operations. Bridging organizational gaps and eliminating redundancies. Leading the complete reengineering and optimization of Sierra Space Business practices. Executing and managing a cutting edge Integrated Digital Environment, IDE. An environment that maximizes the use of native digital information, minimizing human interaction to maximize the desired business outcomes. Defining, implementing and managing an all new suite of advanced business metrics across the entire corporation.
