FP&A Analyst III

As a FP&A Analyst you will support our company by providing analytics, reporting, oversight of financials, and performance measurements across the company.As part of the team, you will participate in:Overhead and General & Administrative planning  Development of our Annual Operating PlanIdentify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvementCoordinate submittals of financial deliverables to corporate entitiesEnsure the accuracy of reporting and statementsAssist in the preparation of presentations, using thoughtful analysisParticipate in financial decision making processesIdentify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutionsPartner with the rest of the Finance and Business Ops to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviewsServe as a liaison for internal and external modeling, reporting, and ad hoc analysisSierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin and Durham, North Carolina, designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations.
