As a Senior Program Manager, you will provide guidance to team members, supervise every phase of the engineering and operations application delivery process and support the application integration within the enterprise Integrated Digital Environment (IDE). This role will work closely with various departments such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT, and others to ensure successful adoption and utilization of these systems and drive ongoing system improvements. This role requires a solid understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and quality activities. This role will also provide support to end users with applications, processes, training, and adoption methods that support enterprise activities. Specific duties will vary over time.Sierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin and Durham, North Carolina, designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations. Learn more about Sierra SpaceKey responsibilities:Lead the implementation of MES, PLM and ancillary systems into the enterprise IDEProvide leadership and guidance to end users, including coordination with the business transformation team to support user adoption, organizational change management and trainingRemaining up to date on industry trends and technologies, and evaluating the potential impact on our integrated digital environmentMust Haves:Bachelor's degree in Business, or technical related disciplineRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceProven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviewsMastery of the ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situationsProven experience and skills in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines.Strong analytical background with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes.
