The Sr. Payroll Coordinator reports to the Payroll Manager and performs a wide variety of recordkeeping and payroll processing activities, including our subsidiaries payroll runs, labor timesheet adjustments including maintaining labor adjustment database, processing contractor timesheets and staffing agency invoicing activity. Assists in timesheet audits and responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll related inquires. Process and adheres to garnishment orders in making sure proper payroll deductions are taken and creditor payments are processed timely. Calculate and process deployment pay.
