If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:The Engineering Program Manager will lead and manage a cross-functional team in the delivery of Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters (HBAs), comprised of hardware and software. This role will be responsible for the overall program planning including driving the internal review of customer requirements, schedule, budget and planning personnel requirements with a major emphasis on communication skills. They will also manage customer expectations while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes to deliver Broadcom solutions.Requirements/Qualifications:  BS degree in Engineering related field. Other degree types may be considered. Capability of simultaneously managing multiple large and small projects  Track record of successfully working with customers and internal company cross-functional teams – customer managers, project managers, architecture, operations, and software R&D teams to build and enhance storage solutions  Team player who has the ability to work effectively with all levels of Management  Must be process oriented and can plan, design, implement process across cross functional teams.  Must possess the ability to quickly understand existing systems/technology and their dependencies  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff  Must be an adept problem solver, able to identify and apply solutions that address complex business/technical challenges utilizing people, process, and technology.  Strong presentation skills   Demonstrated experience in cross-departmental management, teamwork, and execution.  Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word, Project and Excel  5+ years of experience leading Projects and Programs  Preferred Skills:  Demonstrated experience in cross functional management, teamwork, and execution.  PMI certification desiredAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
