Able to work with various functional teams (product engineering, design, marketing, etc...) and provide first class support to meet the time to market schedule. Need to work with design centers and CMs in multiple time zones.Communicate with overseas (Asia) Test Development and Product team to resolve manufacturing issues.Strong collaborative and communication skills are a must.Require solid management skills to lead the team with engineering perspective.Required SkillsA strong business sense to guide the team in delivering the most cost-effective test solutions.Need to review the Test hardware design with team members to develop robust and production-worthy hardware.Familiarity with ATE (Teradyne UltraFlex PA); knowledge of Advantest 93k would be a benefit.Understand ATE in-depth in order to meet the various high end network chip test challenges. Creativity in test challenges is needed.Good understanding in programming and able to define the spec. of script for team members to implement.Detailed knowledge on signal integrity concerning PCB layout and other hardware designs; able to base on SI simulation results to make the call for test hardware fabrication.Thorough background on Mix-signal device test; experience on SerDes (>100G) Test is a plus.Hands-on experience on wafer sort probing both on hardware and software.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering. Master’s degree is preferable.15+ years of direct experience on semiconductor test development role.At least five years’ experience in management role.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $147,000 - $245,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
