If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Fab Quality Engineer Job DescriptionAs a quality engineer in the Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD) fab in Fort Collins, Colorado, you will collaborate with internal and external customers and colleagues to sustain, control, evaluate, design, implement and improve fab processes, systems and control methodology to enable the best semiconductor products in the wireless industry.  This ideal candidate for this position has the ability to be a strong customer advocate, effectively lead changes to improve the organization, and make sure things are done right.Specific Objectives and Responsibilities: Identify and drive opportunities for improvement and simplification in our quality systems and processes while maintaining high quality procedures and productLead weekly Quality meetings and assist others that are working on changes for those meetingsValidate proposed changes and non-conformances in the fab as the Quality EngineerDrive organizational accountability to policies and proceduresAlign with others in the QMS team to accomplish higher level organizational changes and objectivesIdentify training needs for quality concepts and quality tools for all groups, and work with the training team to generate trainingSkills and Qualifications:Excellent track record of collaboration with individuals in various rolesEffectively leads change with strong project management skillsPerceptive and observant.  Ability to assess situations with open-mindedness and flexibility.  Understands and integrates systems and dependent components to meet customer needs creatively and effectively.Demonstrated ability and desire to help colleagues navigate and understand processes and proceduresAble to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing competing prioritiesWide-ranging technical expertise and leadership.  Understands semiconductor fab processes, statistical process control, regulatory requirements, and effective use of standards and auditsData driven (able to analyze and present data effectively to others)Results orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to identify and weigh the risks, and resource/cost requirements for improvement opportunitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to lead meetings efficiently and collaborativelyAbility to work on site in Fort Collins, Colorado.
