Candidate will ensure payroll expenses and taxes are paid correctly and on time.The role requires supervision of the payroll team, with strong communication skills to liaise with payroll providers, internal business partners, revenue authorities, acquired business partners and other third parties.Candidate must be analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration, payroll accounting and thorough knowledge of Asia payroll regulations.Ensure payroll procedures are compliant and efficient.Acquisition experience is desired.Management and Oversight AccountabilitiesCollaborate with business partners to manage payroll for timely processingReview payroll processing to ensure it accurately reflects company specific pay policiesMaintain payroll system and recordsReview and approve month end journals/accountingManage customer service support functionReview processes to improve and enhance qualityProtect employee personal dataOversee auditing of employee pay records and reporting complianceCollaborate with acquisition business teams to plan and integrate acquired payrollOwnership of employee leave and time tracking recording and payouts; including system and process designKnowledge, Skills & Experience RequiredPayroll administration and managementAccounting, journal and reconciliation expertiseStrong communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskAccuracy and attention to detailProficient with applications and systemsAdvanced excel spreadsheet skillsEducation and Experience Bachelor’s degree with accounting course work and 10+ years of related experiencePayroll management experience desiredProficient in excel, familiar with payroll/HRIS software such as Workday and SAPBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
