You will work as part of a team responsible for the development and testing of a high-performance encrypted traffic management solution.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and test software components in an encrypted traffic management solution on Intel-based CPU serversPerform complex subsystem level unit testsDevelop and collaborate on design and functional specificationsRequirementsExtensive programming experience with modern C++ language and standards (C++11, C++17) Solid understanding of concurrency & synchronization techniques within a multi-threaded and multi-processor environment (SMT / Hyper-Threading)In-depth knowledge of cryptographic algorithms: symmetric/asymmetric encryption, digital signatures, MACs, secure hashes, authentication, etc.In-depth knowledge of security standards: PKI, X509, TLS/SSL, CRL, OCSPExperience with Linux user space development and debugging: LLVM/CLANG, cmake, GDB, Valgrind, Wireshark and memory profilersExperience writing secure, high-performance and secure softwareIn-depth knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, SSH, IPSec, HTTPS, etc.Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux , Ubuntu or other Linux distributions a plusKnowledge of DPDK and Intel Quick Assist Technology (QAT) a plusAbility to write clear and articulate functional and design specifications Education RequirementsBS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering requiredMS in EE, CS or CE preferred Prior ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of C/C++ development.Minimum of 5 years of embedded networking system development and other related disciplinesAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
