This includes the coordination between different departments and cross-functional teams to deliver highly specialized silicon products. Responsibilities include monitoring the project from initiation through volume production including planning and directing schedules. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.• Ability to interface with demanding customers and ensure team execution aligned with customer requirements• Possesses a strong knowledge of silicon process and a good level of technical expertise with accomplished track record• Worked on advanced complex technical projects requiring state of the art technical knowledge or industry• Drive the teams through major program decisions with major impact on organization, both internally and externally• Experience : Bachelor's and 12+ years of related experience or a Masters degree with 10+ years of related experienceAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
