If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Lead NPI test development activities of Mixed Signal ASIC productsDesign ATE HW and develop test programs for production and characterizationStrong project planning and organizational skills needed to manage fast paced project goals and schedules in a competitive environmentMust possess solid understanding of mixed signal and RF test techniques.Requires understanding of DFT, high volume manufacturing flow and electronics fundamentals.Experience on Teradyne or Advantest ATE systems.Ability to program in VBA, C/C++ and PerlExperience working with bench top test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer etc.Perform other work related duties as assignedExperience : Bachelor's and 8+ years of related experienceAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $106,800 - $178,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
