If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:As a Design Verification engineer part of our team, you will be at the center of efforts towards verification of complex SOCs and your responsibilities will include:Develop verification test plans and coverage metrics from design specificationsWork with cross functional teams to identify and implement best verification plan/methodology for the projectDefine and implement highly automated and reusable block level and chip level UVM based testbenchesExecute on test plans - test case creation, functional coverage implementation and closureDebug RTL and Gate level simulations and work on verification of related bug fixesReplicate silicon bugs in simulation environment and validate fixes or SW workarounds.Work closely with team members to improve verification methodology and flowQualifications:Extensive experience in creating and using UVM testbenches for digital design and complex test scenariosSolid understanding of UVM/SystemVerilog/SVAsExperience in verification of complex mixed signal ICsExperience in formal verification FPV/SEC/Lint AppsHands-on experience with System Verilog Assertion Based VerificationExperience in verifying DSP blocks is a plusExperience in using SV-real, and SV-UDN (User Define Nettype) models in verification is a plusExperience in architecting AMS block and full-chip verification environments using HVLs and constrained random techniques for SOCs with embedded CPUs and mixed signal interfaces is a plusVirtually self-supervisoryExperience : Bachelor's and 8+ years of related experience; at this level a post-graduate degree is typically expectedAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $106,800 - $178,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
