If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Responsibilities Work with the team to add and refine acceptance criteria and the definition of done for user stories considering different quality aspectsCreate and review Test Strategies, Test designs, Test cases taking into account the non-functional requirements as wellCreate, review, maintain and enhance the Automated Test Suites to enable CI/CDEnsure the defined guidelines for the Quality Standards are metBe able to provide technical direction and lead a group of three or more senior engineers to address a goal.Develop customer focused test plansFamiliarize themselves with new technology, operating systems, automated testing tools, etc. in order to maintain an awareness of technological advances.Communicate with cross functional program teams as part of a shared responsibility for total product quality.Assist developers, architects, and support services in researching or solving complex application issues.Collaborate with Development to effectively analyze and isolate complex system level problems which extend past the reach of the product under test and include external software or hardware systems.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with two (12) years software development experience, or a Master’s degree.
