If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:​Based in the North America Region (NA), this role reports to the Global leader of Partner Programs, Marketing & Enablement and is responsible for working closely with Broadcom’s NA technical and sales partner teams and assigned Broadcom partners within to drive the execution of Broadcom BU specific initiatives, partner programs, marketing plans and non-technical enablement.Job duties:Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generationPrioritized focus and support of the in-region Cybersecurity and Enterprise Software Aggregator partners leading to the successful achievement of overall attainment goalsDrive focus and execution of partner sales enablement and division-specific initiatives and programs with assigned partners regionallyManagement of the regional partner contra program budget including:  MDF, funded head, rebates/ incentives, etc…Train and enable core and digital sales teams within region on global partner strategy, program, and pricing updatesCoordinate the execution of region wide division-specific or partner enablement events/summits.  (Momentum, virtual training)Manage and optimize the Broadcom Digital and Commercial account lead qualification/lead share programs within regionLiaise with Global Partner Program, Marketing teams, and BU Product Marketing to leverage sales plays, marketing campaigns, and programs with target partnersCorrespond with sales and technical partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates for regionHelp to identify, co-develop and execute new business opportunities Build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors in regionEvaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn'tKey Skills Required:12+ years’ experience preferred in B2B IT/telecoms, hi-tech company with experience working in a partner marketing roleMarketing expertise: Track record of executing mix of marketing activities with Cloud, Technology & Reseller Partners such as:  enablement and demand gen webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, content syndication, highly targeted customer events, thought leadership campaignsGreat at relationship building - with ability to engage cross functional stakeholders, proven ability to proactively build relationships is a mustEffective communicator and collaborator - Comfortable working in matrix environments, able to quickly build trust with remote teams and works to ensure others' successSelf-starter - inspires others around them, can lead several initiatives at once, detail-oriented, agile, creative with a start-up mindsetStrong business acumen with data driven mindsetBachelor's degree or higher preferredAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $93,000 - $155,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
