You also have the opportunity to work with Global teams across the World As part of the Product Experience Group within AOD, we are looking for a Software Engineer with deep expertise in front-end technology who will be responsible for:Working with multiple product teams across various domains like DevOps, Automation, AIOps, ValueOps and more, building modern, consistent, intuitive and innovative experiences;Collaborating with a multi-functional team to define work that will meet organizational objectives;Experimenting with new front-end technologies that improve our software;Contributing to team and organizational best practices;Driving best practices for UI engineering across the organization;Enhancing our design system;Working closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices;Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating awesome interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of code;Implementing UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.Reviewing and optimizing app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively; Qualifications: To qualify for this position, you need to have:8+ of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or front-end engineer To be successful, you will come to this role with solid front-end engineering skills and a collaborative mindset and possess:A track record of well-executed challenging front-end engineering projectsEnthusiasm and proactivity about collaborating with customers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other UX Designers to understand needs and deliver great experiencesPassion to learn new technologies, new methods, and new skillsA good understanding of Agile teams, practices, and principlesProficiency with frameworks such as React, Angular et alProficiency with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Web ComponentsExperience with best practices for UI Engineering at scaleExperience debugging using popular JavaScript-based toolsKnowledge of and/or experience with WCAG accessibility standardsKnowledge of GraphQL, Elasticsearch ( will be a plus )Exposure to Data Structures and Algorithms You will excel here if:You are curious and eager to try new thingsYou care about delivering value to customersYou have strong opinions but are willing to consider alternativesYou love to collaborate with and mentor awesome teammatesYou have a broad background in software development with exposure to many types of problems Join Broadcom Software (#BroadcomSW), a world leader in business-critical software that modernizes, optimizes, and protects the world’s most complex hybrid environments.
