If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design EngineerBe part of a world class R&D team tasked with the development of high speed custom CMOS analog and mixed signal circuits that comprise our leading edge transceiver IP, both SerDes and PHYsCommitment to first time right quality, product and team success, and customer satisfaction is critical.Responsibilities:Design of circuits to be used as part of state-of-the-art integrated CMOS transceivers (SerDes and PHYs), including○ Data converters○ PLLs, VCOs○ Clock and data recovery○ High speed clock distribution networks○ Tx drivers, Rx equalizers○ Develop circuit schematics, layouts and perform all necessary verification and simulations.○ Optimize circuits in high speed paths of the SerDes for low jitter and low power.○ Facilitate design reviews and generate associated documentation.○ Assist with integration, turn-on, post silicon debugging, and characterization.Scope:Applying wide-ranging experience, use in-depth analysis to resolve complex issues in creative and compelling ways.Employ company objectives and professional concepts, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise. May coordinate activities of other personnel.Must be able to work effectively, both independently and across organizations and geographies.Virtually self-supervisory.Candidate should have strong communication, analytical and documentation skills.  Oriented toward solutions. Experience : Bachelor's and 12+ years of related experienceNote:This is a fulltime position and the candidate is expected to work on site on the Fort Collins Broadcom campus in beautiful northern Colorado.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,0000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
