Means of arriving at a solution not generally determined by other than the incumbent.• Sets direction for high-impact and/or long-range strategic/technical projects• Leads major initiatives/projects• Virtually self-supervisory- Communication: Must be able to use all forms of communication to bring issues and concerns to closure expediently. - Experience : Bachelor's and 12+ years of related experience; at this level a post-graduate degree is typically expected or Master's degree and 10+ years of related experience or PhD and 7+ years of related experience-Own and deliver layout for sensitive high power analog IP throughout the hierarchy up through chip level tape out.-Experienced in high power well isolation.-Experienced in high power current distribution.-Experienced in sensitive node isolation.-Experienced in critical device and node matching.-Direct others in the layout of IP to meet project goals.-Analyze and raise issues with the current PDK through JIRA tickets.-Excellent communication skills with the ability to raise issues or pass along information in a positive and constructive manner is a must.-Be well versed in reading and interpreting schematics and schematic hierarchy and provide input to circuit engineering to produce efficient layouts.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
