Mixed Signal Modeling and Integration Engineer

This opportunity will expose the engineer to various wireless standards (WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and FEM). This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in and get exposure to the entire ASIC design/verification cycle. Tasks include writing  behavioral models of analog and RF circuits in SystemVerilog. Additional work includes writing test benches for top level blocks and tests to verify the top level block meets specifications. Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Modeling analog and RF behavior using the SystemVerilog languageSupport various tools such as Spectre, VerilogAMS, and irunWrite programs in Python and TCLRun Static Timing Analysis for Mixed signal blocks.Manage radio projects from definition, verification, bring up and ATEWrite synthesizable verilog RTL for digital circuits in radioProvide verification for digital IP blocksWork on top level Radio verification and simulationsImplement verification for digital IP blocksGenerate top level Radio verification and simulation states.The job requires a background in digital design including a strong ability to code in Verilog or SystemVerilog.Strength in one of the following is required:Static Timing Analysis (STA)At least one masters level class in Analog or RF Circuits or RF systemsAt least one masters level class in DSPStrong programming ability in Python and C/C++Familiarity with Verilog simulators like irun or VCS is a plus.Additionally, knowing scripting languages like Python and TCL are helpful.Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with engineers of all disciplines in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.Minimum education is Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related, and 0-2 plus years of experience.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $51,000 - $85,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
