The candidate must have strong knowledge of the operation of and problem-resolution for most vendor mainframe software. Additionally, they should have in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more specialized areas. The candidate will contribute to policy level IT standards and guidelines regarding software installation, system performance, system security requirements, and disaster recovery testing to maintain production and R&D LPAR's, improve system operations, and maximize system resource utilization.
