SummaryThe Associate Solution Architect indirectly interfaces with our customers and works under the direction of others. This role performs a vital function within the services organization to scale and provide contracted services to our customers. With experience, the Associate Solutions Architect will collaborate on leading standardized services that directly interface with our customers. This role is focused on growth through experience and expanded knowledge to provide career advancement within the consulting services organization or Workiva in general.ResponsibilitiesSupports and potentially leads the delivery of contracted services to customersReviews discovery sessions to ensure understanding of business needs and requirements; clarifies uncertainties as needed.Replicates standardized solution design that achieves outcomes within the Workiva platformIndirectly and at times, directly, interfaces with customers to deliver standardized solutionsDevelops knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform with a commitment to ongoing trainingWorks under the direction of others as well as autonomously when applicable.What You'll NeedEducationUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.Experience1+ years of experience in a service delivery role, finance, accounting, audit, or related fieldFluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English (due to client coverage )Emerging knowledge of ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions and their related technology platforms.SkillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to present topics clearly and succinctlySelf-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvementThrives in working under the direction of others, receiving mentoring, and collaborating with peersDeveloping ability to influence and drive change in business processesA strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact the ability to manage multiple services.Fluent in general technology and software within the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications.
