You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy ERP solutions and help develop customers into key references for Workday. In this role, you will: Effectively position Workday’s products as the enterprise application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needsDrive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales supportCultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partnersMaintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast dataProvide support for marketing activities and eventsAbout YouPrior experience in business application sales, preferably in an ERP environmentAbility to understand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand/web services architectureProven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with consultative selling methodologiesA Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred#LI-CS10Are you being referred to one of our roles?
