A successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building test framework and tools in Multi-tenanted cloud infrastructure. They will work closely with the Dev/SDET teams to help resolve issues with test infrastructure and tools and build new features in it.Roles & Responsibilities:Work closely with the Development, SDET and Product team to identify requirements for test infrastructure and tools and automation frameworksClosely monitor CI/CD release pipeline with actively fixing and triaging wherever necessary along with making suggestions for optimizationDrive initiatives towards continuous improvement of developer productivityBuild and maintain various test environments used by DEV and SDET across engineeringDesign and develop new features in Test Infrastructure to support partner teams with there deliverablesHelp various partner teams with getting there issues resolvedAbout YouBasic Requirements:5+ years’ experience developing in a programming language (Python, Java, or Scala or any object-oriented language)8+ years’ experience developing software in test automation infrastructure and tools3+ years’ experience with CI/CD tools (i.e., Bamboo/Jenkins)3 years’ of strong scripting skills (Python, Shell)2+ years’ experience with public cloud (i.e., AWS or GCP)2+ years’ experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, and TypeScriptAbility to work with Git (i.e., GitHub/Bitbucket)Passion for automation, and tools for distributed systemsBachelor’s Degree, Master preferred in Computer Science/EngineeringOther Qualifications:Experience with system design and architecture of testing framework or tools from the requirementsExperience in Python, DevOps, test automation tools and infrastructure, with some exposure to Big data AnalyticsExperience with Docker containers/ KubernetesExperience of ML systems with ability to think across layers of the stack is a plusExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skillsGood understanding of Rest API’s and data frames#LI-BK4As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law.
