We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation, and do good in the communities where we live and work.About the RoleWorkday is looking for a Junior Inbound Corporate Sales Development Representative to join our team here in our Dublin offices working with our Dutch Team.Responsible for marketing the company products and/or services via telephone based on inbound requests from interested prospects.You will take up orders typically generated by local and/or national advertising, answer questions and prepare appropriate documentations in our Customer Relationship Management tool.You will build relationships with prospective customers for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts management team based across EMEA to develop sales activity.  This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.You can become a qualified sales development professional and continue to build your career in other departments including but not limited to: Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, and more…About YouKey Qualifications:Business fluency in Dutch and EnglishOrganized and structured personalityLearning agility and curiosityInterest in a software sales careerBring fun to your Workday Additional nice to have qualifications:Graduated / Bachelor’s degreeCustomer facing experienceInterest in new emerging technologiesExperience with CRM systemsWhat we offer youIntensive Training & Certification: Every CSD attends a new-hire induction day, a 2 week intensive training academy and will finish a formal certification prior to beginning in the role.
