We are responsible for the complete stack and tools that delivers and supports Workday products across private and public clouds (e.g. on-premise, AWS, GCP, Azure). We enable Workday's scale: ~50% of Fortune 500 companies, 8000+ customers, 55M+ Workers, ~365B Transactions.About the RoleAre you passionate about the challenge of designing and building systems for scale, reliability, and performance? If this position could be an excellent fit. We are growing at a fast pace and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the definition and development of tooling, capabilities, and process to help Workday service owners gain more insight into costs and resource utilization in public cloud environments (AWS and GCP). You will partner with our cloud operators, customers, partners, and developers to define the product strategy, roadmap, and investment focus areas for our Cloud Cost Optimization pillar. Collaborating with our engineering teams to identify, specify, and prioritize features that will best serve our customers. You will promote and guide customers to solutions that increase their usage of Workday, support strategic customers with critical issues, handling these through to resolution, and take what you learn and share this back into our internal teams. You will serve as a product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally, crafting a structure for continuous engagement between Workday and our customers.About YouBasic Qualifications4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, Enterprise SaaS, IaaS, or building internet scale products.Experience with scrum and other agile development methods is a requirement.BA/BS in Computer science, Engineering, Business / equivalent.Other QualificationsExperience with FinOps or Cloud Cost Management is helpful.Knowledge and experience working with public cloud technology stacks (AWS, GCP or Azure) is helpfulProven track record managing the entire product lifecycle: defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog.Excellent communications and influencing skills across all levels of a large organization, as well as with external partners and collaborators.An inherently collaborative style that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to successfully implement a sophisticated product roadmap, with execution often happening across teams.The sort of personality who thrives in taking ownership and driving initiatives end-to-end in a high-stakes, constantly evolving atmosphere.MBA or Master’s degree is a plus. Special Note: LinkedIn and other Job Boards estimated pay range does NOT represent the pay range of Workday.
