As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by delivering new features and improved functionality with quality.About the Role​The Quality Assurance Engineer will develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. They debug software products through the use of systematic tests to apply and maintain quality standards for Workday's products. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also ensure that system tests are successfully completed, documented and resolved.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis working in automated and manual testing techniques/approaches.5+ years of experience with XSLT, REST API, Web Service, Workday HCM, Workday Report Writer, or Workday Business Process.3+ years of experience with Agile and Test-Driven Development.2+ years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development.Other QualificationsExperience with Selenium Web DriverExperience with end-to-end testing - Testing Planning, Test Execution, UAT, RegressionExperience creating automation test suites at scale, in at least one of these tools: JUnit, Bamboo, Silk Test, Selenium, MABL, or CypressExperience leading or mentoring other team membersCreative and organized, with a dedicated customer approach.High degree of attention to detail, with an eagerness for troubleshooting and problem-solving.Hard-working and confident, displaying the ability to work with different teams.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
