We look end to end across the business translating the global Workday strategy into region specific execution plans. Our team solves complex operational challenges and coaches Services Leadership to ensure we are using standard methodologies and building strong diverse teams.About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Operations person to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be used to working with sales teams in regions to help them complete order forms for Professional Services and have great communication skills.Key Areas of Responsibility: Own the creation and administration of order forms for our Services deployments (Peakon, Planning, Sourcing), Education and Customer Enablement packagesPartner with the team of Services Executives in each of our geographies to proactively provide timely updates on the deals you are working on.Maintain an accurate record using Salesforce of the opportunities you are working and manage the lifecycle of the deal.About YouYou will come with 2-4 years' of experience in sales operations processing orders for the services organisation.You are highly independent, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with Salesforce.com, Excel, Tableau is highly recommendedAbility to break tasks into clear actions and provide simple updates to various team members.Strong analytical skills with a demonstrable ability to collect, coordinate and prioritize significant amounts of information.Good interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zones.Workday is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
