The product manager also contributes a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products. Finally, the product manager is expected to track Finance industry trends and the technology landscape and use these inputs to define a product vision, strategy and roadmap.We look for product managers who understand that consistent innovation is the result of each member of the team contributing their ideas. This role collaborates closely with product design, architects and business partners to discover the most impactful solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions.While we empower our product teams to identify the best solutions to problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable to the results.
