Engineering technology-based conference rooms and spaces that enable a flawless hybrid work environment. We have a passion for problem solving, innovation, and customer service.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional that consistently brings a high level of dedication to Workday, customers, and workmates. Supporting new hire onboarding, administration of UC/AV systems including moves, adds and changes. Conference room issue resolution and inventory control.Responsibilities:  Administration of room system hardware and SaaS based systems across all Workday office locationsProblem resolution of software clients and room based conference systemsOn call point person in APAC time zone for major issuesLocal technical resource to provide on-site support, troubleshooting and conference room deploymentWork with AV integrators to coordinate technician dispatching to remote locations for repairs of room equipmentRun, review and report on the status of problem tickets and issue trends to be reviewed with senior engineers.Update existing documentation where available, develop new documentation as required for problem solving and feature functionalityMaintain conference room equipment and replacement parts inventoryAbout YouBasic Qualifications3+ years supporting or working within enterprise IT engineering teamsBasic Zoom User, Zoom Phone and Zoom Room administrationSolid understanding of conference room technologyOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a high trust and innovative environment where teamwork is importantStrong desire to learn new skills and grow within the teamAbility to travel as neededOther QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills to maintain internal service level agreements for issue resolutionInventory management skills needed to coordinate and provide reports needed for projects and break fixMust have desire and ability to drive success in a fast paced environment to deliver projects on time and in scopeAre you being referred to one of our roles?
