As a Sales Training Lead you will be responsible for the training, coaching and mentoring of individuals within these functions, while also partnering with the other sales enablement teams and a multitude of cross functions to ensure the productivity and performance of Workday's sellers.About You5+ years in Sales Enablement as a sales trainer and facilitatorOr 5+ years experience in enterprise software sales, as a seller or support function employeeExperience in sales methodologies and how they support customer journeysExperience working cross functionally as part of a large project teamExperience consulting on sales process and strategy with the ability to identify both challenges and opportunities for business impactA strong bias for action in creating content that can solve simple sales challengesA growth mindset that is focused on performanceAre you being referred to one of our roles?
