We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation, and do good in the communities where we live and work.About the Role本ポジションについてエンゲージメント (プロジェクト) マネージャーは、ワークデイ 人財管理、財務会計ソリューションの導入プロジェクトの責任者として、プロジェクトを予算内、期間内で完了させるだけでなく、お客様がワークデイを利用するメリットを十分に享受できるようリードしていきます。プロジェクト管理スキルのみならず、製品、および導入手法のエキスパートとしてお客様の信頼を獲得しながらプロジェクトを実行していくことが求められます。また、SaaS製品の特性の理解、日本と海外の業務や環境の差異も理解し上で、お客様にとって最適な導入を提供するようなバランス感覚も必要となります。ワークデイのエンゲージメントマネージャーの仕事を通して、SaaSビジネスを真のグローバル環境で、日本、アジア、世界に広げていく経験を積むことができます。職務内容：ワークデイ人財管理、財務会計製品、導入のエキスパートとして、お客様がワークデイの可能性を最大限に活用できるよう適切にプロジェクトをリードする営業活動にもプロジェクト活動の一環として参加し、要件のヒアリングの中で導入知見を活かして早期にリスクを検知し、セールスチーム、サービス営業チームに対して導入アプローチのアドバイス、提案内容のレビューを行う提案内容に基づき、プロジェクト計画を策定し、プロジェクトリソース、ツール等、必要な準備を整えプロジェクトを実行するお客様のプロジェクトマネージャーと協業し、プロジェクトスコープ、進捗等に影響がある問題をモニターし解決に努めるステアリングコミッティーを開催し、プロジェクトオーナーへの状況報告を行い、重要な問題については対応方針の判断を仰ぐワークデイ導入パートナーが導入する際に、プロジェクトが導入手法に沿って進むように、Workdayの価値を十分に享受できるよう、お客様および導入パートナーとの信頼関係を構築しながら成功に向けてサポートする導入プロジェクトを通してお客様と関係性を構築し、社内の関連するチームと連携しながら次の案件、展開につなげるお客様のプロジェクト成功を内外にアピールし、新規お客様のリファレンスとなるよう努めるプロジェクト完了後、お客様が安定的にWorkdayを利用し、さらに活用を進められるように、運用体制への移管をサポートするThe Engagement (Project) Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday solution for large enterprises. The Engagement Manager will drive the client implementation and will be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.) and work with the Client project manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. The Engagement Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.Responsibilities:Become an expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology and leverage it on all engagementsDemonstrate competency in the Workday HCM/Financials productParticipate in the sales cycle, gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW and ensure the project is delivered within budgetProvide guidance and mentoring to those Professional Service partnersEnsure projects are properly planned and staffedWork with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time framesWork with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpointsPresent at Executive Steering Committee meetingEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday best practicesBe a liaison for professional services when interacting with sales and/or developmentIdentify opportunities to position other service offeringsEnsure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product supportAbout You必須要件：人財管理、財務会計製品の導入、もしくはERPの導入における豊富なプロジェクトマネジメント経験社内SE、コンサルティングファーム、SIer、ソフトウェアベンダーでのコンサルティング経験人財管理、もしくは財務会計に関する業務知識プロジェクトマネジメントに必要となるチームマネジメント、スケジュールマネジメント能力、および幅広い層とのコミュニケーション能力ワークデイソリューションを通してお客様の問題解決を行い、ワークデイビジネスを拡大していく情熱Required Skills and Experience:Extensive experience in project management and deployment of HCM / Financial solutions or similar ERP applicationsConsulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software companyWorking knowledge of general financial accounting process is preferredExcellent organization, time management, and communication skillsPassion for customer service and business developmentSuccessful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience - Previous service sales experience a plusAbility to travel up to 25%Japanese language skill -Business Level (minimum)#LI-CM6Are you being referred to one of our roles?
