You will identify key application metrics, data sources, workflows, and overall system design to define and implement an SLO based view of the customer experience. You will partner with software engineers, technical operations, and architecture to build solutions.Your goal will be to increase visibility into not only the health and performance of our customer’s experience, but also to provide data, insights, and workflows to facilitate fast root cause and mitigation of customer impacting issues.In this position, you will have a critical role collaborating and problem solving not only with our team, but with a variety of teams in our development organisation to improve the reliability of our services.About YouBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experienceFive or more years of distributed software design & development experienceStrong Scripting Skills (Python)Experience in Cloud operations preferred.Experience with at least one commonly available enterprise logging solution.Other QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborative ideation and technical design sessions across various product teamsAbility to manage high expectations from multiple directions Can work with the attitude that everything can be automatedExcited by working in a fast-paced environment Are you being referred to one of our roles?
