You’ll take Workday’s core value of Customer Service to the next level by taking pride in your work, being versatile and flexible, continually looking for opportunities to help the team, and improve the user experience.Work with their internal customers to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution.Analysis of complex business problems to be solved with configuration solutionsProvides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirementsConfigures system settings and options; plans and carries out unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirementsDesigns and implement automated systemsLeads multi-functional teams to address business or systems issuesSupport internal or external teams is customer-focused and works in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functionsManages a governance model and processes to support learning leads and their respective user communitiesDrives ongoing automation and self-service improvements using Learning applicationAbout YouBasic Qualifications4+ years of experience in leading product design, gathering functional requirements, preparing documentation, configuring, coordinating, and providing system support of a SaaS software and/or WorkdayExperience serving as a domain authority of a Learning Management System or related business systems. Workday Learning experience is a plusStrong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, project management and planning skills Other QualificationsA proven ability to independently manage projects and attain buy-in and sign off from stakeholdersIdentifies and resolves problems with learning configuration and infrastructure including regular validation of data integrity among systemsProven systems thinking with technical knowledge of a variety of software systems, an understanding of integrations, and the ability to develop business requirement documents suitable for executionExcels working in a collaborative environment, building relationships across teams to meet program goalsAble to multi-task and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of changeStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, understanding business impacts with willingness to “roll up one’s sleeves” and assist wherever neededAs a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
