The CX Analytics group is a key player in driving this growth, by providing insights when and where users need them to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Whether via dashboards, reports, or alerts and regardless of system, this group ensures all Customer Success insights are accurate and consistent, easy-to-understand and impactful.About the RoleThe Senior Data Analyst is someone passionate about delivering solutions and ensure we are always focused on data quality. You'll be responsible for consistent and accurate results and connecting data sets. You'll ensure that system tests are optimally completed, documented and resolved.The scope includes:Support the systems, tools and processes that keep the global Customer Success org operating efficiently and at scale.Ensure the CS team has the data & information it needs to successfully support customers, and ensure managers and leaders have the data they need to make effective decisions and take informed actions.Develop reports and dashboards (in Gainsight, and other systems as needed) to facilitate the analysis of customer dataDesign, build, and measure scalable processes, workflows, and automations (in Gainsight, and other systems as needed) that enable the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional support to our fast-growing customer base.Provide general reporting support to Customer Success team members as needed.Assist with day-to-day support of Gainsight reports/dashboard users, including fielding questions and  ad-hoc customizations to the report.About YouYou will come with 7 years' of CRM administration experience in Gainsight or Tableau or BI or Salesforce, and/or another industry-recognized platform.Experience and passionate in Go-to-Market operations (Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services and Support) in a SaaS environment.Strong reporting background in data analysis and management in building dashboard for reporting.Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to C-level.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with firm knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and relational databases.SQL skill is a plusAre you being referred to one of our roles?
