We are a collaborative and diverse team that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a dedicated Sr Product Manager to join us in shaping the future of the digital employee experience at Workday.About the RoleSr Product Manager, Technology & Employee Experience is a position within Business Technology (BT) organization focusing on redefining employee experience across all stages of employee lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for going beyond the existing and defining new ways of working. As a transformation agent, you have a passion for technology, an eye for design, and a dedicated focus on experience. You are restless with the status quo and envision an ideal state where people engage and work in a streamlined environment. You harness process, systems and technology, and fine tune them to anticipate needs and deliver an exhilarating digital employee experience. You are able to influence and partner across BT and other functions within Workday to cultivate and evangelize change to define and refine the way we work.ResponsibilitiesIdentify the business needs that correspond to the technology and employee experience and how employees interact with technology (Collaboration tools, Intranet, Search, Virtual Meetings, Self-help and In-Office Technologies etc.).Drive and own key demand, dependencies, roadmap adjustments and execution approach to ensure delivery for key digital employee experience initiatives.Work closely with Program Managers and RTE and assist in identifying needs, securing requirements, and prioritizing work.Support multiple scrum teams and oversee the work of other product managers.Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including discovery, prioritization, scoping, design, development, testing, and release.Prioritize the Initiatives and Features based on their business value, customer impact, feasibility and risks.Partner and collaborate with cross-functional business owners, process owners and SMEs from IT, HR, Real Estate and Employee Comms to deliver an exceptional digital employee experience.Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for the digital employee experience, and use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product enhancements and change impact.Lead feature demos, program reviews and monthly/quarterly roadmap alignment with senior leadership.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital employee experience, and bring new insights and best practices to the team. About YouBasic Qualifications7+ years product and program management experience handling products in the enterprise applications space.5+ years experience working in Agile or similar product development methodologies.Other QualificationsExperience working with employee-facing digital products, such as intranets, collaboration tools, mobile apps and other digital touch points.Ability to translate user needs into product requirements and features.Knowledge and experience with deploying enterprise applications or equivalent collaboration technologies preferably in tech companies.Solid understanding of the emerging technologies and trends in hybrid work environments.Broad architectural-minded vision and design thinking skills with employee experience and scalability at the core of their thinking.Track record of delivering high impact, cross functional efforts with exceptional teamwork and ability to positively influence others.
