As a member of this product management team, you will work primarily on our Report Writer product which is the backbone of all reporting carried out by our HCM and Financials customers. This role requires deep technical knowledge. You will be working with quality engineers, performance engineers, as well as testing scenarios out yourself. You will get to work on initiatives that help Financials and other core Workday applications working on projects that leverage OMS-DO technology for reports and performance and scale improvements that help us get large scale customers using reports, improving our customer experience.Ability to gather and analyze usage data for purposes of monitoring report performance to ensure stability across workday stack at scale.Identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities through monitoring, your knowledge of the domain, and input from customers, developers and architects.Apply a use case driven, data-validated, and experiment-tested process to ideate, develop, and rollout performance and scalability improvements. Manage performance test creation and execution in partnership with QA.
