Our team has a wide remit, from debugging and recreating specific customer issues, to using the latest data modeling techniques in order to extract measurable data and model future capacity and scalability needs. Our team of highly skilled engineers debug, measure, analyze, and improve our software. We are generalists with a deep technical understanding of software, hardware, networking, observability and the Internet. We enjoy taking a comprehensive view of sophisticated systems. We are developers, analysts, engineers, testers, product managers and data scientists.About the RoleAs a member of the Technical Strategy Management Team you will have the opportunity to drive and influence performance enhancements, platform resiliency initiatives, and key feature scaling across Workday.
