The Senior Director, People Technology & Transformation will be a pivotal role in our continued HR technology transformation as we embark on creating “consumer-like”, seamless and easy experiences for our Workmates. This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned and transformative HR leader to build and execute an innovative, employee focused HR technology function as the company continues to grow and scale globally. This is a highly visible role that influences the broader HR leadership on strategy when it comes to HR technology and HR service delivery.Lead a dedicated team of HR Operations, Technology, and Project Management professionals to deliver next gen support for our global Workmate population. Evolve the existing HR service delivery model for Workmates and People Leaders having regard for efficiency, high levels of user satisfaction and strong partnership with cross functional teams. Review our People processes, identifying the primary opportunities for automation and transformation using “best in class” technology to build “consumer-like” experiences for our Workmates and candidates, innovating throughout.Work with our internal HRIS team to ensure our implementation of Workday is consistent with company strategy and is allowing us to scale globally.Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert “point of contact” for our Workday product team on HR Core and Recruiting products.Build strong professional relationships and lines of communication across Workday and the Global HR organization in order to facilitate collaboration and partnership around HR Employee Services.Regularly meet with department heads and people managers to understand functional business goals and initiatives to provide insight, flexible and innovative solutions and “standard methodologies” to help drive performance and growth.Hire, develop, mentor and grow a team of hard-working HR professionals by providing continuous feedback and development to the team. About YouProven experience in HR, with particular emphasis on building and leading successful HR teams; specific experience with Workday (HR Core and Recruiting) is required; experience implementing and managing HR case management, knowledge base, and portal solutions, highly preferred.Strong broad-base HR knowledge across all HR teams, with prior demonstrated successful experience automating HR functionalities.Experience working in a hyper-growth high-tech company, highly preferred. Offer stability and confidence through times of great challenge and periods of immense change.Well-developed executive leadership skills, evidencing the ability to hire, develop and motivate team members. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
