We are looking for someone to join our Sales team who is eager to learn with a creative mindset, support their colleagues, and have fun.About the RoleAs a Medium Enterprise Account Executive, you will be directly responsible for the growth of an existing customer base within the medium enterprise segment. You will represent our global brand and values taking the sales lead with our customers, building long lasting partnerships with leading brands, developing their Workday footprint and continuing the transformation of the way in which they lead their businesses.Role & ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with Workday customers (companies with up to 3,500 employees) to understand their business challenges and effectively position the Workday portfolio to drive incremental valueKey player in Workday’s field sales team to drive new revenue streams business sales into our customer base across various industriesDrive CxO engagement with Workday by supporting marketing activities and events into existing accountsYou will drive these complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales supportYou will implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolioYou will use your experience and consultative selling skills to maintain long-standing relationships with customers and executive sponsorsYou will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative legacy ERP solutions.Understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday into strategic enterprise accountsIf you have a stellar sales track record capitalising on strategic accounts, are a self-starter, and love working in a dynamic environment, then Workday is the place for youAbout YouSolid track record selling complex SaaS solutions into an existing customer baseCollaborator with a keen interest in orchestrating internal teams to successfuly close businessCustomer focused, acting with integrity at all timesChallenger sales mentality with the ability to deliver concise & effective views on change management or 'a better way'Ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and AlliancesAre you being referred to one of our roles?
