We are looking to expand this team to deliver a modern and robust IAM solution with governance and compliance playing critical role.About the RoleWork closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and success criteria for Identity and Access Governance area. Collaborate with Business Technology development teams and other business analysts in the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements for Identity. Partner with Security, Global Risk and Compliance and Internal Audit teams on Identity governance requirements, action plans and compliance reports. Map controls and compliance requirements like IT General Controls, FedRAMP controls, SOX controls to Identity and Access Management systems. Identify and analyze data and process improvement ideas; contribute to the transformation of the Identity Access Governance function. Support day-to-day security controls including but not limited to creating access and control, monitoring, Active Directory, desktop computers, remote access, and cloud applications. Evaluate an application's user-base with the business and resolve if the application is a candidate for Role-Based Access Controls. Maintain security governance and policies for business, groups, products & security access types ensuring we can pass audit reviews. Measure important metrics and review them periodically with Partners.About YouBasic Qualifications Proven ability in business analysis and identity management or related field Proven ability in Identity Governance and Access Management Knowledge in security and compliance standards like NIST, FedRAMP, SOX etc., Other Qualifications Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory. Experience with Okta or other SSO provider tools. Hands on experience in Identity Governance tools like Sailpoint, Savynt, Okta OIG etc.,.
