The platform experience team is responsible for building and enhancing our platforms to deliver outstanding community experiences.About the RoleThis is an important role responsible for: defining and representing the platform and core apps enhancements / updates / improvements roadmaps, establishing a functioning intake/prioritization/delivery process. defining the use cases necessary for the community business analysts (BAs) and engineering delivery teamsengaging with BAs and the engineering teams and partners to ensure on time delivery. contributing to solution sessions and sprint planningbuilding connections; knowing who to engage with and when. maintaining functional familiarity and visibility of the full system. Advising on dependent requirements of other applications when needed. Leveraging the proper strategic approach (e.g. JTBD Digital Journey Mapping, Discovery, CoE enablement, etc.) to improve app experiences. The role is 50% hybrid in-office (Pleasanton).Other responsibilities could include. Project and Program Management - manages multiple strategic programs and projects; delivers on key milestones. Developing product strategy: Evaluate customer, competitive and market data to understand the market dynamics.
