We develop cloud software that helps our customers unify the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources including staffing agencies, job boards and freelance management systems. We want our software to be so easy to use our company name is short for “Vendor Friendly!” At VNDLY, our software does all of the work for you, putting algorithms and data science to work in acquiring the right talent (Contractors or Full-time employees) and incorporating dashboards to provide complete visibility of the talent acquisition process.About the RoleAs our Senior User Experience Designer, you are organized, sweat the details, and have a strong intellectual curiosity to learn about how our users interact with our products. You understand that achieving great design is a team effort and requires collaboration with cross functional partners. Most importantly, you are willing to bring your whole self to work and find ways to have fun. You will collaborate to develop high level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate user interaction and design ideas. You’ll also run, or collaborate on, user research ranging from generative to evaluative studies.
