We also have the unique opportunity to work with our product and professional services teams to influence product improvements and future designs to ensuring our values shape and guide everything we do and build a brighter Workday for all.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to champion planning and forecasting success with Adaptive feature alignment and adoption roadmap for our FP&A and Workforce Planning organizations. You will be leading the development and execution of the product vision, strategy and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify our customer needs, define requirements, and deliver successful products to support Workday's overall strategic goals.The role requires strategic cross-organizational collaboration and alignment, planning and decision making, and forming productive relationships at all levels within our organizations.
